Overview

• Domaine des Roches Neuves is a French winemaker based in Saumur-Champigny appellation of the central Loire V Thierry Germain founded the estate more than 20 years ago and since then has produced a wine with the dominant grape variety, Cabernet Franc. The vines here are 25 years old on average and planted in chalky, calcareous soils. The Domaine applies biodynamic winemaking practices for the production of both its red and white wines and is an organically certified producer.

• Champigny Terres Chaudes 2017 has a clear red color with the signature aroma of red berries such as strawberries, red plums, and sweet dried fruit, combined with the mild spicy notes of chili.
