Overview

• Yalumba Wine Room was founded in 1849 by British-born winemaker Samuel Smith. Initially this winery was called “Yalumba”, in the language of the indigenous people, “Yalumba” means “all surrounding land”. Yalumba is the only winery in Australia and is one of the rare factories in the world to manufacture oak barrels on campus.

• Yalumba “The Signature” Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz has a mysterious and seductive deep red color, revealing the appeal and unique aroma of ripe cherries and plums, combined with black fruits such as blackberries. The special aroma of the wine is also the addition of black pepper, a little pungent but all create harmony and bring a refreshing feeling when enjoying the wine.
