Overview

• Salmos is born in a beautiful, remote land. The vineyards, planted on slopes of shale, extreme changes in temperature between day and night and these natural vicissitudes add to the wine’s appeal. Salmos pays homage to the monks of the Carthusian order who planted the first vines in the Priorat region.

Tasting Notes:

• Carignan – Grenache – Syrah is a popular blend of three black grape varieties widely used in southern France (Languedoc-Roussillon) and Northeastern Spain (Catalonia). The three grape varieties blended together to give Salmos a fresh fruity flavor with moderate texture and medium-bodied. The acidity balances with the flavors of ripe fruits like elderberry, and faintly aromas of oak for unforgettable calm and balance.
