Overview

• This crisp, exciting wine is zingy, round Sauvignon Blanc from parcels that surround the cult wine, Le Nardian on north-facing clay over limestone slopes in Bordeaux. Night harvesting, soft-pressing, and less suspension achieve a zesty, fresh and bright wine that should be served chilled, on its own or with light dishes.

Tasting Notes:

• The wine has a pale yellow color, carrying mainly citrus scent on the nose, white peach with a little white flower. Pezat offers a crisp and fruity taste with a refreshing finish. It has flavors of ripe fruit, licorice and yellow-skinned fruit, all combined to form a beautiful white wine of Bordeaux.
