Tasting Notes:

•       Very pale straw with lime green hues. Highlighted by the scent of tropical fruit, green apple peel and pear. Fresh and pure with a light creaminess arising from time spent in French oak. Lovely fruit and oak integration! Finishing with a long, mineral acid structure that gives great length of flavor.
