• Clos du Val was founded in 1972 by an American businessman John Goelet and a French winemaker Benard Poertet. Despite the fact that this is an American-made wine, its name is influenced by French meaning. In 2012. Clos du Val upgraded its winery, while also making changes to viticulure and production to create a freshness in the fruity wine style.
