Overview

• Château Saint Georges is a 45-hectare (111-acre) estate in the small Bordeaux appellation of Saint Georges Saint-Emilion. The château produces three wines: Château Saint Georges, Château Puy Saint Georges and Trilogie du Château Saint Georges. The limestone and clay soils that characterize the vineyards are perfectly suited to the cultivation of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. These vines are maintained without irrigation and the grapes are harvested by hand, then crushed and fermented in the winery.

Tasting Notes:

• By blending three grape varieties together, Château Georges 2017 brings special, seductive aromas. It is a scent that combines the aroma of tobacco with the scent of hay, along with ripe fruit with a little bitter taste of black coffee and a greasy flavor from oak barrels. General swear creates harmony, brings a deep, lingering posterity.
