Overview

• Château de Laubade was built in 1870 in the heart of Bas Armagnac and at the same time is Armagnac’s leading winemaker. Not only producing spirits, the factory also produces very good quality red and white wines. Each year on the bottle clearly shows its age, which is a characteristic of Armagnac. Over 80 different vintage varieties mature in the cellar of the Château de Laubade. Today, the oldest vintage is from 1888, each vintage tells a specific story and has its own meaning.

Tasting Notes:

• The palate entry is lush, fruity and intensely honeyed, the mid-palate is creamy and concentrated on caramel, toffee and maple tastes. Ends silky, semi-sweet and nutty.
