Overview

• Pays d’Oc is the IGP for red, white, and rosé wines that are made in a large area on the southern coast of France. The catchment area for the IGP corresponds roughly to the Languedoc-Roussillon wine region – one of the largest wine-growing areas in France. The Pays d’Oc area has a Mediterranean climate with hot dry summers and mild winters. Most of the rain falls in spring and autumn, the weather and climate here cool the vineyards, as well as reduce disease pressure on the vines.

Tasting Notes:

• The wine has seductive aromas of black currants and red fruits. When enjoyed, the wine exudes the aromas of red fruits, along with a characteristic aroma of vanilla. The palate is rich with smooth, well-balanced tannins that leave a perfect finish.
