Overview

• Lalande-de-Pomerol is the common name for the wines located on the right bank of the Bordeaux region, France. Here, only red wines are classified according to AOP Lalande-de-Pomerol and mainly made from Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec grapes. Most wines from the right coast of Bordeaux are very popular in the modern market thanks to the arbitrary flavors of Merlot grapes.

Tasting Notes:

• Deep ruby in colour, with pure cherries and plums, fresh white pepper and subtle toasty oak on the nose. The palate is supple and sweet, with fleshy, juicy fruit at the core and polished but grippy tannins providing the structure. Waves of crisp acidity add great freshness and lift, taming the more exotic edge to the fruit.
