Overview

• Billecart-Salmon was founded in 1818 by the marriage of Nicolas Francois Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon. For more than two hundred years, Billecart-Salmon has continuously developed and improved technical expertise in the Champagne industry. Billecart-Salmon’s wines not only come from the family’s vineyard with an area of 100 hectares but also 40 other vineyards in the Champagne region. Today, this manufacturer sells to the market 2 million bottles of wine a year.

Tasting Notes:

• Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve is a premium and harmonious, light champagne. The combination of the 3 famous grape varieties has brought attractiveness and shiny strawy yellow color and fresh, radiant flavors. The floral scent of fresh fruit is sometimes faintly fragrant of biscuits. On the side, the champagne has a pure and delicate texture from fresh apples and crunchy pears.
